Requirements of this position:

- Maintain vehicle harness layout topology until operation,

- Complete the VOBES drawing (harness 3D data, 2D drawing) on time, and upload to the KVS system for VW review and approver.

-Submit BCO design documents to VW review and approver timely.

- Make harness DMU date for PDM document, and keep updating continuously,check the problem of interference, bend radius, wear protection and others.

- Make the temporary PDM used for guiding PT sample wire installation. Provide temporary PDM to SVW to make Formal PDM.

- According to the AEM overview, continuously update the ELV/ELX data, to prepare the new drawings of the next project stage.

- Make harness D-FMEA of general layout to analyse defect probability and impact, to improve harness part quality.

- Follow the layout of the harness sample in client, to assists customer to solve the layout issue.

- make the corresponding design solutions, Follow the car assembly ,Collect problem information and check with SVW engineer, and so on.

- Continue to rack project status, update 3D open problem list weekly,and feedback to SVW.

Hard Skills:

-Education: Bachelor or equivalent.

-Good communications skills.

-Experience: 2+years of CATIA experience.
