职位描述
1. Analyse customer’s demands and expectations to find best possibly technical and economic solutions.
通过认真研究分析了解客户需求以及对产品定位的预期,找到最合理的技术方案并且能够优化成本。
2. According to the project, sourcing proper vendors to handle the development work and further production, benchmark the price with existing vendor and others to make sure the price level under the market level.
根据产品要求,寻找合适的供应商开发产品以及后续的订单生产,要求与公司现有供应商以及新供应商做价格对标,确保价格处于市场合理范围内。
3. Daily communication with vendor and customer, Necessary travel required.
处理日常跟供应商以及客户沟通,能够应对必要的出差要求。
4. Make clear project planning with all involved participants. Follow up and record during different phases of the project.
协调各方参与者制定产品开发计划,在开发的不同阶段跟进并做详细记录。
5. Anticipate risks which could happen during the project execution and be able to provide proper solutions. Be proactive and engaged together with customer to get project succeeds.
在产品开发过程中能够预判各种问题及风险,能够提供合适的解决方案,渴望与客户一起成功完成开发任务。
6. Responsible for the order status with buyer/senior, follow the orders and foresee the delays and prevent it or minimize its impact; Coordinate with Quality dept for the inline and final quality control.
负责订单的跟进,预防各种问题造成的延期并且减少因为延期造成的影响。协调质量部门做好品质管理工作。
7. Follow up the logistics with vendors and shipping dept, make sure the product dispatched on time, shipping schedule and cost always consider to be optimized.
跟进供应商以及船务部门确保货物及时出运,同时周期以及成本需要在考虑范畴内。
8. Analyses and train suppliers to achieve the expectation and in compliance with the business requirements. Secure the capacity for company needs and development.
分析并培养供应商能够按照公司的发展需要提高,确保产能可以满足客户订单要求。
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree
2. At least 5 years of experience in retail store window display sourcing or exporting and
importing business.
3. Fluent English on the reading, writing and speaking
4. Good at supplier sourcing according to the project requirement.
5. Can achieve the project independently by frequent communication and detail investigation.
6. Familiar with the whole process of order management and have communication skills
with client.
7. Have a high level of commercial skills is a must
