职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Work with vendor for member inquiries and call center management
2. Daily CRM work for multiple channels: boutique, wechat, brand site, EC platform, etc.
3. Work closely with Brand marketing to develop and execute CRM campaigns according to Marketing and CRM calendar
4. Deliver acquisition campaigns with EC team from online channel.
5. Generate CRM promotion with correct segmentation and positive ROI
6. Member rewards management and delivery
7. Enhance consumer experience and maximize business opportunities by joint promotion with partners
8. Plan and execute member interaction online and off line
9. Manage member communication channel, i.e. SMS, eDM, SNS and related ISC.
10. Help with data mining and analysis on membership's database and identify customer segments
11. Assist on CRM related system and process optimization


Skill Requirements:
Strong CRM knowledge and background
Promotion and events management
Excellent communication skills
Fluent in Mandarin and English
Data analysis skill
Experience
Min. 2 years of CRM experience in consumer focused companies, or in CRM agencies
Bachelor degree, major in marketing related or MIT 举报 分享
