Responsibilities:
1. Develop new channel strategy of e-commerce and O2O business model.
2. Develop e-Commerce business model including pricing, mechanics, logistics, marketing, sales, delivery and after-sale customer services.
3. Develop the strategic on-line marketing plan to drive traffic to on line stores.(Official Website)
4. Ensure solid turnover and meeting long-term & short-term sales targets for the related products in e-commerce area.
5. Based on market dynamic to develop new business opportunities in e-commerce models.
6. Plan and implement online customer loyalty retention and new customer acquisition programs.
7. Guide and manage agencies to deliver quality service with an optimal ROI.
8. Regular reporting of market intelligence, including market trend of product development, competitors’ activities, etc.
Requirements:
1. University graduate or above in relevant major.
2. 5 years’ experience in the sales and marketing field, at least 2 years’ e-commerce experience is preferable.
3. Strong knowledge in e-commerce, online Marketing.
4. Proven e-Marketing initiative and experience with successful campaigns.
5. Learning fast, with diversify thinking and innovation capability.
6. Strategic thinking and business development experience.
7. Solid business acumen (revenue, market share) and an ability to team with diverse group of people to deliver value to the company;
8. Effective communication, interpersonal and influencing skills to interact with agencies and platforms’ managers.
9. English Speaking is preferred.
