职位描述：
1、Deal with PO , arrange the purchase requisition and send the delivery request to warehouse deparment,and to complete the relevant record on the system， complete data accuracy 100%处理销售订单，向采购部门和生产部门安排订货和生产，把发货需求通知到仓库部门，安排及时出货，并在系统上完成相关的录单出单等动作，完成准确率100%
2、Deal with any problem appears in the process of carrying out the order,communicate with customer and internal department
对于订单处理过程中出现的任何问题及时应对，和客户、公司内部各部门（销售、产线、技术、物流、财务等）间及时沟通，确保订单的顺利执行
3、Assure the order can be delivered on time,immediate attention to lead time of the product and trace the shipments
确保订单的按期交货，及时跟踪生产和采购的交期，有情况尽快协调解决，并跟催物流部门的发货情况，确保按时到达客户手中
4、Communicate with quality and technology department,and quickly coordinate with the local customer service together
 产品发出后出现的客诉问题，和办事处客服一起积极跟踪处理，尽快解决问题
5、For all needs from customer such as consulting relevant product information,lead time,inventory,modify the payment days,logistics tracking and Special delivery requirements etc. need to respond timely, strive for customer satisfaction 100%对于客户提出的各种需求（如有关产品信息、交期、库存情况、账期修改、物流追踪、特殊发货需求等）及时解答，有不明确的地方尽快咨询相关部门后，提供准确答复给到客户，争取客户满意度100%
6、Arrange reasonable inventory according to customer FCST, and provide quick response to urgent case;Timely response within 24 hours, 99% accuracy, good attitude. 根据客户预测,合理安排备货,提供对客户紧急订单快速应对; 在24小时内以最好的态度回复客户;做到准确率99%;完成度100%
7、To provide timely support for all needs from sales对销售的各种需求，提供及时支持
8、For order cancellation,return and replacement goods,replenishment,sample providing etc. operate system , trace the OA application by LCS and order the goods and arrange the shipment according to company's guidelines 对于有关订单取消、补换货、样品提供等，根据公司流程，跟踪LCS上的OA申请，和后续的系统操作、相关的订货、发货安排
9、To complete the spreadsheets for order，sample,complaint ,delivery and so on,in order to query and do some statistical analysis
订单、样品以及客诉、发货等各种情况，每天完成相关的表格记录，以备之后查询和统计数据用
10、To file all the paper and electronic document 完成各种文件的纸质资料和电子文档的存档
11、Register any record of order and non-order, 100% accuracy; New project distinguish, transfer or local order, customer channel, samples tracing, etc.订单的及时有效跟踪，进行数据登记，准确率需达到100%，客户新项目区分，内外单统计，客户渠道来源汇总，样品催还等。
12、Responsible for Finance reconciliation,and inform financial make out an invoice when confirmed月底和客户进行对账，确认无误后通知财务开票
13、Assist sales engineer to trace AR,and 100% Payment collection协助销售应收账款的跟进, 争取做到100%回款
14、Provide strong support about all things in the region,keep unimpeded communication with sales and all department and carry out the company's rules and requirements to the letter 及时做好本区域各种事务的应对，和销售等各部门保持顺畅沟通，对公司的各种规定和要求严格执行
15、Provide report with analysis at the end of month on time with high accuracy; based on monthly sales data,Let sales to find & visit possible potential growing customers 月底准确的提供销售数据分析, 基于月销售数据,协助销售发现可能潜在增长型客户。

任职要求
1.University or above,大学本科及以上学历
2.major in science and engineering,Electronics and Communications Engineering 理工科相关专业，电子信息工程
3.Over 2 years related working experience, Skilled operating Microsoft Office, ERP system etc2年以上相关工作经历,熟练操作办公ERP等软件
4.The ability of Data analysis大数据分析能力
5.Take responsibility, ability to multi task and priorities work load 责任心强，胜任多任务，分清主次，准确而及时的完成工作任务
