Job Summary职位概述:
The position holder is part of the IT team, will be responsible to manage new business release and to maintain the existing applications. Work with regional and local team to serve to China area.
1. Business release management
2. Regional/Local application operation
3. Ensure success application transition & acceptance from project team to support team
4. Document problems and track through to resolution

Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Business release management
o Business release management under quality, schedule and budget
o Handle the customer change request s and establishes improvement processes.
o Coordinate UAT and regression testing with Key users with each Business releases and Projects.
2. Regional/Local application operation
o Users permissions change
o Bug fix and the event tracking
o Master Data maintenance and transitional data modification
o System configuration
o Log monitor
3. Ensure success application transition & acceptance from project team to support team
4. Document problems and track through to resolution
5. Other projects or tasks assigned by line manager
6. Conduct business in full compliance to Behavior in Business and Behavior in Competition

Education & Qualifications教育背景和专业资格:
1. University Degree in Computer Science or relevant experience
2. Proficiency in written English
3. Good command of MS office software application, knowledgeable in information technology
4. ITIL certification is preferred
5. Good learning ability, communication skills, including oral and written)
6. Strong analysis, judgment and generalization ability, logical thinking ability, good communication skill
7. Have strong sense of responsibility and teamwork awareness

工作经验 Experience :
1. 3+ years working experience in the business analysis, liaise with business teams to understand business requirement and translate into system design and solutions
2. Experience in technical roles on sharepoint/K2/Asp.Net implementations, with strong expertise in SQL Server.
3. Experience of project management is preferred, especially for regional/global projects. 举报 分享
