主要职责：

Sorting PKG Forecast
货量预测
Base business plan and history data, provide short term and long term sort operation PKG forecast and work together with Sort operation about necessary staffing arrangement.
根据业务规划及历史记录，提供短、长期货量预测，并与分拣部合作实施人员安排计划。

Work Measurement
工作评估
Base the current work setup requirement and local condition do work measurement and time study
根据现有的工作计划要求及当地实际情况，完成工作评估和调研。
Support IE Supervisor to have an effective work force method to support daily work
协助主管制定有效的人力规划，以支持日常工作。

Operation Plan Setup and implement
运营规划及实施
Base overall volume/pcs forecast, provide Hub WM result and develop the MOP (Master Operation Plan) and DOP (Daily Operation Plan)
根据整体货量/货件数量制定总体工作计划（MOP）和每日运营计划（DOP）。

Implement the operation plan and audit
实施运营规划及审查
Weekly review and adjust the plan if condition change
实施每周工作评估，并根据实际情况变化进行调整。

Service performance review
服务评估
Weekly review the Hub related service performance with sort operation team and follow up the QIP.
与分拣部合作，对转运中心相关服务表现实施每周评估及制定改进计划
Keep Service performance in continue improvement plan
确保服务表现符合持续改进计划

B&F related work coordination
日常运营事务协调
Hub BP, Alt meeting coordinator yearly
协助/协调完成转运中心年度业务规划
BI, DD10 update quarterly
完成季度转运中心营运能力更新
RFA/VOC review and present weekly
完成转运中心运营费用的审核与提交

Requirements
岗位要求：

Degree holder in Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Process Management and relevant discipline.
拥有工业工程、数学、流程管理或相关学科学位。
3 to 5 years’ relevant experience in logistics engineering, especially about Hub/Logistic operations, service improvement and quality standards;
3到5年物流工程相关经验，有转运中心运营、服务提升、质量标准经验者优先。
Good analysis, process management, planning & organizing skills
良好的规划、组织、分析及流程管理能力。
Good command of written and spoken English.
具备良好的英文书写及口语能力。
Excellent computer skills in Excel, Access.
出色的计算机技能，熟练使用 Excel 和 Access 等软件。
Good communication and interpersonal skill.
具备良好的沟通和人际交往能力。
Can adopt to night shift arrangement.
适应日常白班和中班的翻班安排（每周2个中班，时间为中午12:00-21:00)
