职位描述：
Responsibility Description岗位描述：
1. 在ERP系统中释放项目采购需求到采购部相关同事，给出项目需求的交货期，并跟踪确保采购能及时处理该需求；
Release project Purchasing Requisition(PR) to related purchasers via ERP system, define target delivery date, follow up and ensure purchasers can handle PR in time;
2. 录入项目图纸、BOM到ERP系统；
Input project drawings, BOMs into ERP system;
3. 协助项目经理、项目工程师跟进项目物料状态；
Assist project managers, project engineers to follow up project material delivery.

Qualification Requirement 任职资格：
教育与学历：大专及以上
Education & Academic Qualifications: College diploma or above;
工作经验要求：无
Working Experiences: No
专业知识与工作技能Professional Knowledge and Working Skills (Hard Skills)
? 熟悉Excel; Good knowledge in Excel;
? 快速学习能力; Fast learning skills;
? 有ERP操作经验者有限；ERP operation experience is preferred;
? 流利的中英文者优先; Fluent both in English and Mandarin is preferred;
能力素质要求Competence Requirements (Soft Skills)
? 认真、踏实的工作态度；Serious and hard-working attitude;
? 积极主动; Proactive and with driving skills to “make things happen”;
