职位描述：
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the technical issues, drive the team to promote the design level of clients' buildings, to play a technical leader;
2. Provide professional advisory consultancy service to clients;
3. Provide professional guidance to design team and consultancy team;
4. Responsible for the quality of design;
5. Keep the high level of whole design in the market;
6. Support Business Director to develop clients in Shanghai office to enhance International Division brand;
7. Extend the influence of company in architecture industry.
 
Requirements:
1. Architecture Design relative major;
2. 10 years consultancy and design experience in architecture and relative industry or above;
3. Senior conceptual design level, with international background, great conceptual design sense, multi-national architectural culture knowledge, practical design idea;
4. With high level representative design products;
5. With international background or projects experience for 5 years at least;
6. 5 years design management as design leader at least;
7. Familiar with international architecture design development;
