职位描述：
主要职责
1. 协助销售人员做好上门客户的接待和电话来访工作；
2. 承担报价，库存查询，并随时答复领导对销售动态情况的咨询；
3. 编制样品申请、业务单，协助制作标书，合同等的制作和全程跟踪处理；
4. 在部门业务人员缺席时，及时转告客户信息，妥善处理，并能根据部门业务人员的指导报价；
5. 跟踪物流、资金流情况，协助销售催收收货单和货款；
6. 样品的发送安排、催收及后续追回跟踪；
7. 业务部门各种报表的统计，数据汇总，表单处理；
8. 销售文件资料的管理、归类、整理、建档和保管工作。

 
要求
 
1。3年以上类似销售助理职位的工作经验
2。具备消费品行业，项目销售渠道销售支持经验
3。良好的沟通能力、销售数据分析能力
4。工作高效，有责任心，具备团队精神及业务保密意识
5。能在压力下工作
