职位描述：
Job Description
1. Must maintain a safe working environment in DFM TS lab.
2. Based on Technical Service/Sales request works on solution of customer problems and support new materials evaluation.
3. Conduct the test according to SOP including RAU%, microscopy, viscosity, fiber coating geometry, fiber tensile Nd and strength, fiber two point bending Nd, fiber strip force, fiber pullout force, fiber attenuation, fiber micro-bending test, Ink rub test and fiber aging tests etc.
4. Will be required to write reports, in English, summarizing test results.
5. Periodically calibrate the instruments in lab with GR&D alignment with Elgin lab to ensure the test accuracy.
6. Must go to the customers to align and educate with the test methods whenever there is a test difference between our lab and customers’
7. Generates new ideas and proposes new projects contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed.
8. Must maintain an efficient filing system to facilitate rapid retrieval of desired information.
9. Comply with DSM China and DFM procedures.
10. Determine the technical needs of customers on ink/matrix/Bufferlite® performance properties and requirements on fiber and provide service in such a way that they are able to use FOM products.
11. Monitor competitive and customer technical developments, new applications and new products in China and share that knowledge on a timely basis with the appropriate associates.
12. Investigate, document and resolve customer’s technical complaints in a timely fashion with the approval from the line manager.
13. Establish a relationship with appropriate equipment vendors in order to have advance knowledge of process improvements, have our products approved for use, and have our products recommended for commissioning of the equipment.
14. Assist in the training of sales agents and distributors so that they can also effectively promote FOM products.
15. Write technical papers and create presentations that can be used to help to promote DFM image and brands.
16. Report fully, regularly and in the proper format according to the DSM China procedures and DFM standards.
17. Work with lab people to provide the TSR reports to customers and explain in details.

Preferred profile
1. Bachelor degree or above in chemistry or material science related is preferred.
2. Technical knowledge of UV cured materials or polymer is preferred.
3. Workable in written and spoken English.
4. Multi-cultural company working experience is preferred. 5. Must be willing to travel throughout China.
6. Must be skilled in the use of Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
7. Materials science or chemistry working experience are preferred.
8. Preferable one or two years working experience in the field of chemistry related laboratory. 举报 分享
