职位描述：
某外资食品配料公司招聘Quality Manager,Report to:Quality Director
Responsible for managing analytical, microbiology and sensory of the plants
Ensure programs are in place to support production
Responsible for implementing Quality and Food Safety programs and providing training at Toll Processing Facilities, Third party vendors and suppliers. These programs include, but are not limited to:
Food Safety and Quality programs and documentation
HACCP and Prerequisite Programs
Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
Pest Control
Change Control
Product Formulas
Product Inspection Plans
Plant Quality SOPs
Food Safety audits in China at China Toll Processing Facilities, Third Party Vendors (eg., warehouses, distribution centers) and suppliers (eg., Packaging and raw material suppliers).
Work with the Business Unit (Sales) on Customer related Quality and Food Safety issues.
Prepare and present Quality and Food Safety presentations for customer visits.
Answer customer quality complaints and provide complaint resolution.
Have a working knowledge of SAP, SAP quality programs and other quality programs used at T&L
Handling and hosting Customer Audit or Regulatory body.
Lead, provide training to new hires on Food Safety audit training
Lead , manage and participate in the Food Audit and GMP audit of the plants
