Role Summary/Purpose:
Apply the customer-oriented service process for continuous improvement of all services operations to meet company service growing strategy, obtain results aligned with the development objectives, and develop long-term capabilities.
Reporting and Responsibilities:
1. - Lead the service process improvement activities in support of the Service Development Plan;
2. Assess the changes required to close the gap between current and desired state;
3. Drive projects to optimize process capabilities in terms of effectiveness and efficiency;
4. Working closely with management in other departments such as operations, sales, and technical support for best post sales service;
5. Be responsible for customer satisfaction analysis through manage of the service engineers, service supervisors;
6. Continuously improving related working processes to provide fast response to meet customer requirements, to find and implement the opportunities to save company cost;
7. Optimize service team appropriately to ensure timely and effective response to customers to meet the KPIs such as response time, fix rate, etc;
8. Regularly review service activities performance and make recommendations to Management team to enhance or adjust service;
9. Analyze the schedules of service work according to priority and maintains an orderly flow of work, ensuring maximum utilization of the resource;
10. Coordinate with sales, manufacturing, quality, technical and other relevant departments for problem analysis and solutions.
11. Monitor for “P & L” of post-sale services function, maintain post-sale service cost center profitable;
12. Monitor daily work of team members to make sure all activities meet company compliance requirements;
13. Develops and monitors appropriate performance metrics for Post Sale Service team;
14. Other responsibilities assigned by management.
Qualifications:
1. Bachelor’s Degree of electrical or machinery related major with at least 5+ year’s industrial Experience;
2. Assembly/maintenance experience of valve products or similar products is a plus;
3. Team management experience and good leadership skills;
4. Well developed problem solving trouble shooting skills;
5. Comfortable with analytical methods, process focused;
6. Hands on working style, result oriented, good at problem solving;
7. Good technical understanding;
8. Excellent communication and influencing skills;
9. Capability of working under pressure.
10.Effective oral and written communication skills with both English and Chinese (Mandarin);
11.Excellent skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and alike;
12.Lean Six Sigma Certified is a plus;
13.Basic knowledge in SAP.
