Key Requirements:
- Familiar with coating curing equipment application in auto and auto parts industry or heating /bending applications in metal or glass industry
- Responsible for sales of infra process technology solutions in the defined territory of responsibility. Manage all accounts assigned to his area. Develops new accounts. Achieve the sales target.
-Prefer candidate with solid experience and basic technique knowledge of coating curing and smart idea of industry/segment applications
-Aggressive, quick in action, good in planning, good team player and excellent business sense
-Value added and consultative selling skill
-Hard working
Accountabilities and responsibilities
1. Responsible for selling of infra process technology solution and achieve OP.
2. Responsible for sales pipeline building up and management etc.
3. Management of infra process technology channels/end-users and motivate channels/end-users to work closely with company team to achieve assigned OP.
4. Responsible for technical exchange and commercial negotiation with the customers, transfer the customer’s CTQ to COE & related functional team clearly and get timely feedback, finally assure order securing.
5. Improving coverage rate of Infra process technology in selected market through customer's visiting, roadshow and seminar. Assure the customer understand the add-value of products.
6. Support Sales Director for business strategy making.
7. Review and monitor performance periodically for sales engineer; customer service and technical engineer in whole team.
8. Ensure a systematic follow up of the sales action plan.
9. Superintend sales Budget and referenced things for IP business.
10. Co-operate with other departments.
11. Other tasks assigned by Sales Director.
Key skills and abilities
1. Bachelor degree or above in in Engineering, Preferably mechanic, Automation, Process Controls, Industrial, Electrical or Electronic. MBA is preferred.
2. Minimum 8 years experiences in Sales, preferred sales experience in manufacture equipment sales in Glass, PV, coating equipment industries, etc.
3. Minimum 3 years experience in Sales management.
4. Project sales/management experience
5. Good communication and interpersonal skills
6. Self-motivated and team player
7. Good Mandarin and English
8. Travel: able and willing to travel in mainland China & some/later international
