职位描述：
Requirement for candidate：
Education level: College degree in Supply Chain/ International Trade/ Logistics/ Business Administration, or relative area

Language requirement: English CET-4 or equivalent level

Related work experience: At least 2 years of relevant working experience in planning, procurement, or related areas.

Skill & technical competence: 1) Familiar with import & export documentation; 2) Knowledge of Microsoft Office software; 3) SAP experience is highly preferred, experience with PO creation and maintenance is a strong plus. 4) Basic English reading skills

Essential behavior competence: Quick learning, team work spirit, good interpersonal skill


Responsibility of the position:
Provide support to planning team in creating and maintaining POs in SAP.
Track inbound shipments, adjust arrival dates accordingly and ensure the available dates of the materials are correctly reflected in SAP.
Utilize SAP to produce shipping documents for customer orders in a timely manner. Ensure document accuracy and consistency.
Dispatch invoices to customers, thru email, courier, or uploading to customer’s system, according to specific customer requirements.
