IT Helpdesk 技术支持

Main Responsiblities:
*
Assistance given to SOAP client for applying the access permission
Monitoring their operation and giving feedback where the inquiry occur
* SOAP user manual updating to align with the HQ standard
* Co-operating with HQ TSS/IT on the technical requirement raised by corporate client
* Modifications/Changes/Bug fixing in CI portal
* Create/set up the tail made mail box for corporate clients
* Maintenance of internal software
* Close contact with local IT / TC service provider (phone and data connections) in case of problems and changes
* Local facilities setup
* Direct contact to the central HRS IT Operation department in Cologne(Germany) to receive instructions and get professional support for the administration of IT / TC environment
* Compiling & updating the user manual
* Assistance given to Shanghai team on RFC process and follow-up
* Work as local first contact for implants
* Project assistance where necessary i.e.: product development, test projects, data migration, etc
* Domain user account creation & orientation for new staffs

* IT asset managment

Main Requirements:
* University degree or above and major in computer engineering
* At least 3 years working experience in the similar position
* Familiar the operation and process of TCP/IP network
* Good knowledge of MS products/operations/process
* Strong knowledge of IT development & process
