Social Medida Specialist 社交媒体专员

Main Responsibilities:

· Developing digital and social media strategy, detailed plans and content aligned with the brand and business goals

· Creating social promotions and interactive campaigns

· Increase viral presence, fan base and engagement level on social networks, drawing attention to brand awareness, and product launches

· Create and oversee content schedule for social media, brand editorial blog, and digital billboards, work with digital, creative and PR agencies and technology teams to execute and update content

· Editing and executing all social, digital and multimedia content, domestically and abroad

· Manage social media and digital campaigns and day-to-day activities including online advocacy, writing editorial, community-outreach efforts, promotions, etc.

· Building and managing metrics and reporting. Analyse and translate quantitative and qualitative data from and into an actionable social media engagement plans for continuous improvement

· Support in developing branding initiatives with the help of digital agencies

Main Requirements:

Bachelor's degree and minimum 3 years experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years overseeing social programs and strategies

· Excellent interpersonal skill

· Creative thinking with a logical mind, digest and dissect online users behaviour for successful communication

· Digital addict with strong interests in online trends, social media, viral, mobile, and the next big thing

· Proficient English & Chinese in writing and speaking

· Ability to generate relevant, original and branded digital content

· Ability to work individually and with cross functional teams to drive results

· Proven understanding of how to get strong business results leveraging social media, within assigned budget

· Strong, proven project management skills

· Analytics, tracking and general Search Engine Optimization knowledge
