作为财产险经理/咨询总监，你会加入到我们的项目团队中并承担领导者职责，为韦莱韬悦的保险企业客户提供精算及管理咨询服务。我们期待你能够开拓业务，发展及维护客户关系，进行项目管理以及培养团队等各方面的工作。我们的工作将涉及一系列广泛领域：

- 产品定价和预测模型
- 准备金评估

- 车联网保险及大数据管理
- 自动承保流程
- 智能理赔体系
- IT及软件解决方案等
战略与管理咨询
- 财产险公司的公司整体战略咨询
- 财产险公司的业务发展策略咨询（客户、产品、渠道、资本、费用等）

你会与我们的顾问和专家一起紧密工作，从而在产险行业现状与未来发展认知、精算技能、项目及客户管理方面获得全方位的锻炼和提升。
职位要求:
- 在财产保险行业有7-10年工作经验的业内人士
- 在中国的财产险公司担任过与业务经营相关的管理职位
- 出色的团队精神和沟通能力，具备项目管理经验者优先
- 强烈的求知欲以及扎实的解决问题能力
- 较强的中、英文书面和口头表达能力
- 掌握SAS/GLM理论，具备实践操作经验
- 熟练掌握办公软件操作，特别是Excel和PowerPoint
- FCAS优先考虑。

Your Role:
As a General Insurance Manager/Senior Manager, you will work on project teams as a leader for our insurance and reinsurance company clients. You are expected to contribute to the business development, developing and maintaining client relationship, project management and staff mentoring etc. Our projects cover a wide range of fields including:

Traditional Actuarial Consulting
- Product Rate Making and Predictive Modeling
- Reserve Estimate
- M&A Due Diligence
- Capital and Solvency Management

Innovative Insurance Consulting
- Telematics Insurance and Big Data Management
- Automatic Underwriting Process
- Intelligent Claim-handling System
- IT and Software Solutions

Strategy and Business Management Consulting
- Strategy Consulting
- Business consulting, including strategy and management consulting for P&C companies (customer, product, distribution, capital and cost etc.)

You will work closely with a variety of consultants and experts who will help you enhance your capability in terms of industry development trend knowledge, actuarial techniques, projects and team management.

The Requirements:
- 7-10 years’ working experience in insurance industry
- Having (or once held) management position(s) in business-relevant departments of P&C company
- Teamwork focused, good communication skills with projects management experience preferred
- Strong desire to learn and solid problem solving skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills (Mandarin and English)
- Knowledge and practices on SAS / GLM preferred
- Excellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
