职位描述:
1. Authorizes Access level and maintains Security Codes/Passwords.
设置系统功能权限分级管理,设置用户使用权限密码。
2. Maintains configuration codes.
维护电脑系统各配置代码。
3. Housekeeping of Database.
维护系统数据库。
4. Backup’s files (daily, monthly, and yearly). Backups to be verified daily. System disk are kept and updated in the fire proof safe.
备份文件(每日,每月,每年)。检查每日备份工作。系统备份盘应保持更新并且妥善保存于防火橱柜内。
5. Performs month/year end updates.
月底和年底更新备份。
6. Trouble shooting follows up discrepancy reports.
监控并及时跟进系统差异报告。
7. Installs new and upgrade existing system.
安装新系统并升级现有的系统。
8. Ensures interface link between Systems.
确保各系统间的正常连接。
9. Ensures interface link between Back of House System and the Front Office system.
确保后台系统和前台系统的接口运作正常。
10. Housekeeping of files in the network. Ensure that sufficient disk space in maintained all the time.
