职位描述：
Lead CCC team members to serve as a liaison between children/families and other services provided by Olivia’s Place. The services, depending on the needs and expectations of each individual and family, include responding new inquires, making 1st schedules for clients, clients’ follow-ups, and support for children and families as needed and relevant to their professional training and abilities.

Responsibilities
? Lead CCC team to provide excellent CCC services to our clients by setting goals and assigning tasks, establishing/optimizing processes based on data analysis.
? Respond to client inquiries and educate them on services, policies and procedures at Olivia’s Place.
? To assess client’s needs and facilitate the intake process and scheduling of assessments and further appointments as necessary.
? Seek to promote best practice in coordinating with appropriate clinical staff to provide individualized child/family plan and meet the unique situational and cultural needs of each client.
? To assist clients with any follow up or review plans made by clinicians.
? Assist Supervisor/Manager with any new initiatives or special projects
? Maintain communication logs, treatment records, progress reports, and discharge reports of clients in an appropriate, timely and effective manner.
? Adhere to the confidentiality policy and demonstrate best practice in this regard.

Person Specification
? At least 3-5 year (full time equivalent) of post-qualification work experience.
? Good communication skills (spoken and written) in both English and Mandarin.
? Ability to deal with sensitive information with discretion and to maintain confidentiality at all times.
? Ability to work with parents and staff in multi-disciplinary teams.
? Good problem solving skills.
? Passionate, confident and patient.
? Experience working with children with developmental disabilities, or in an early intervention or school based practice will be a plus.
? Experience working within diverse populations will be a plue.
? Experience managing a customer service team will be preferable. 举报 分享
