职位描述：
Mission:
To define and deploy the communication strategy for the region aligning with the GBU Strategy and with the Corporate Communication strategies and policies. To initiate, develop and deploy communication programs, projects and initiatives specific for their own perimeter in order to optimally support the strategy of the Group and of the own Entity and promote their reputation towards assigned target audiences..

Responsibilities:
External
? Contributes to define, implement and respect of the budget.
? Ensures consistency of Group/GBU visual, both external and internal
? Communication actions and events:
- effective deployment of communication plan
- building external networks to facilitate message delivery
- management of media relations and media requests coming from the group
- management of all web contents
- management of social media contents
? Ensures coherence of all messages within the GBU, in collaboration with the corporate global network (regional communication managers, BL managers, other GBU communication managers)
- Participations in defining regional communication strategies for markets
- Selects and manages of suppliers and contractors
- Focus on customer satisfaction, both internal and external, measuring through specific tools the effectiveness of the activities and reporting
- Reputation monitoring
- Brand management
Internal
? Deployment of internal communication messages and activities, in alignment with Corporate and GBU global messages.
? Filling the gap between the GBU population and the senior management: support of the Townhalls to ensure the effective dissemination of corporate/GBU/BL messages.
? Support of internal culture: contribution to internal newsletters, notes from the top managers, specific literature focused on GBU organization, product families, markets.
? Organization of internal events.
? Deployment of Corporate Communication programs and projects at regional level.
? Cascades communications programs to GBU employees.
? Ensures the implementation of corporate communication activities.
? Develops and maintains effective networking relationships within the Communication Family and other departments of the Group.

Requirements:
? 8-10 years of relevant experience, Bachelor Degree in Communications or equivalent.
