Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in HR or admin will be a plus;
2. Good in English, has working experience in foreign enterprise.
3. 2 years HR & Admin working experience.
4. Skilled at Excel and other office software.
5. Positive, well organized, good communication skill.

Responsibilities:
1. Select resumes and arrange interview by TEL.
2. Organize and execute On-Job-Training for new employees.
3. Arrange internal and external training accordingly to annual training plan.
4. Employee entry and exit procedures.
5. HR & Admin Contract management, and update and manage HR & Admin files on time.
6. Handle some Social Insurance, Hosing fund related work outside.
7. Staff SH resident Permit application and Renew.
8. Resident permit and work permit of foreigners.
9. Cooperate with supervisor to organize some staff activities.
