职位描述：
Responsibilities

- Work with Senior client stake-holders, understand business strategy and business development plan
- Work closely with the business to understand and improve current procedures and the way that these are supported in the IT environment
- Collect and document system requirements from the business
- Perform systems evaluations and provide suitable suggestions for system improvement
- Management of BA teams and work plans to deliver projects on time, on budget and to demanding functional requirements

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree
- 3-6 years’ experience in business requirement analysis
- Executed at least 2-3 projects with client facing roles
- Good Business Analysis, problem solving and consulting skills
- Good knowledge of IT development trends
- Good Communication skills – English and Chinese
- Ability to build a team of BAs / consultants
- Banking and Healthcare industry experience is a plus
- Flexibility to travel
