职位描述：
岗位职责：
1. 调配油漆：根据作业指书要求调配油漆，并准确测量油漆粘度，根据标准参数设定输漆系统各参数
2. 喷涂首件确认：根据作业指导书要求设定喷涂参数，制作喷涂首件，测量产品光泽、膜厚、色差及附着力等
3. 正常生产：保证生产的顺利进行及所生产之产品的合格率，及时处理生产中的异常问题；针对制程不良问题进行分析和改善
4. 设备维护与保养：负责机器人系统、输漆系统、供/排风系统、污水处理系统的日常保养和维护，负责喷涂设备的点检，并做好相关记录
5. 协助生产领班做好现场生产管理，监督现场的5S工作和生产成本的降低
6. 换线过程中负责喷房和调漆房5S工作及清洗输漆系统和喷枪

任职要求：
1. 高中以上学历，三年以上塑料涂装方面的工作经验
2. 能够熟练操作手喷枪及手喷产品
3. 能够识别涂装过程中湿膜的各种缺陷及防止对策
