职位描述：
PURPOSE OF THE JOB:
To lead and secure the excellence operations within P&D packaging. The daily operation should be in an efficient, lean and cost conscious way with right quality and packed in right time. To develop the competence, implement working methods and coach co-workers to reach excellent results. Financial responsible for cost of the team. Lead the business and people together.

ASSIGNMENTS:
? Responsible to lead the daily Operation within packaging team (Automatic & Manually).
? Secure Operation when it comes to employees, quality, efficiency, cost, machine availability and delivering on time.
? Responsible to implement and follow up established work instructions and policy’s within packaging team.
? Together with operation manager, responsible for recruitment, competence development and introduction of new employees.
? Responsible for the working environment within Operation.
? Responsible to monthly analyze KPI:s related to Operation, implement improvements when needed, deploy and follow up.

KNOWLEDGE:
? University degree with specialization in packaging, manufacturing or equivalent competence gained through work experience
? 3-5 years working experience in a management position (preferable manufacturing or related)
? Management and leadership skills
? 3-5 years’ experience within area of expertise
? Good knowledge in Microsoft Office
? Lean background or knowledge could be a strong plus
? Good knowledge and understanding of the whole IKEA supply chain
? Fluent English and Chinese
