Position Summary
As part of our global marketing organization the wanted person works very closely with colleagues from Marketing, Publishing, Logistics, and external vendors, either remotely or in person, as well as on site. This person will be responsible for the planning, organization and processing of all tasks that are necessary to warrant the success of our exhibits.
Key tasks
? Operational processing of all exhibit-related tasks in close cooperation with Marketing, Publishing, Logistics, event organizers, as well as external vendors
? Planning, coordination, controlling, evaluating and reporting of activities
? Provision of exhibit deliveries such as booth, products (books and journals), promotion material and electronic equipment
? Cost estimation, invoice handling and budget controlling
? Staffing of selected exhibits
? Quality assurance, process monitoring and troubleshooting
? Maintains work procedures to achieve optimal efficiency in a global corporation

Skills/knowledge
? Bachelor degree
? 3-5 years of work experience, experience in an international corporation preferred
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficient in English and Chinese, knowledge of local Asian languages a definite plus
? Strong ability to self-organize, prioritize, multitask and work under pressure
? Highly developed interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire, influence and persuade
? Knowledge of/experience in event management and logistics
? Customer and team oriented
? Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office and internet applications
? Willingness to travel internationally
