职位描述：
职责范围：
1.负责一般性的前台工作，维护前台区域；
2.负责接听和转接电话，接待访客；
3.负责报刊、快递、信件的收发工作；
4.负责公司办公用品的保管、发放、定购等，并做好记录工作；
5.供应商管理、对接、付款申请；
6.其他行政协助性工作。

职位要求：
1.普通话标准，一定的英文听说读写能力；
2.工作热情积极、细致耐心，具有良好的沟通、协调能力；
3.熟练应用Word，Excel，Outlook等办公软件；
4.大专及以上学历；

Position requirement as a common: team player, result oriented, English Language ability with good verbal/written skills. Familiar with Microsoft Word/Excel/Powerpoint. Preferable experiences working in foreign investment company.
