职位描述：

? To take overall responsibility for the lean six sigma consultant project delivery

? To interact with client senior management personnel in order to manage expectations and build relationships

? To take the responsibility to meet the project goal.

? Identify the business development opportunity

Service Delivery

· Ensure adequate human and other resources are provided to deliver service to the client as per commitments made

· Manage project delivery and adherence to service level agreements for the client

· Monitor client satisfaction and undertake initiatives to address concerns

· Ensure deadlines/project milestones and customer requirements are achieved and standard processes are being followed. Drive the completion of client deliverables.

· Maintains a thorough knowledge of lean manufacture and industry 4.0.

· Responsible for identify the new business opportunity.

Commercial

· Control the project cost to meet the budget

People

· Demonstrates leadership, and ability to impact and influence others beyond the scope of personal authority.

· Provides coaching for staff to ensure continuous development of individual and team skills.
