UV-LED产品销售工程师
Industry:Manufacturing

Key Requirements:
- Familiar with High speed printing industry, such as Flexo printing.
- Responsible for sales of UV-LED products in the defined territory of responsibility. Manage all accounts assigned to his area. Develops new accounts. Achieve the sales target.
-Prefer candidate with solid experience and basic technique knowledge of UV-LED product and smart idea of industry/segment applications
-Aggressive, quick in action, good in planning, good team player and excellent business sense
-Value added and consultative selling skill
-Hard working

Accountabilities and responsibilities
1. Direct sales to the accounts in designated territory / applications assigned to achieve sales target.
2. Responsible for key account management and new customer development.
3. Plans and prepares sales promotions and presentations.
4. Generates sales and marketing reports and forecasts to assist management in business planning.
5. Participates in contract negotiation including technical specification, financial terms and delivery.
6. Demonstrates products and application solutions to customers and prospects.
7. Participates in lab demonstrations at the customer site.
8. Maintains and develops long term customer relations.
9. Seeks market intelligence, summarizes and executes competition strategy, leads to beat the competition.
10. Participates in suitable conference/product training.
11. Works with other team members to achieve the set sales target of total China.

Key skills and abilities
1. College degree in mechanical/electrical background
2. Knowledge and experience with both sales and engineer as a plus.
3. Able to communicate in both written and verbal English.
4. Be positive, proactive, self motivated, able to work under pressure and a good team player.
5. Drive license is a must
6. Frequent travel
