职位描述:
The HR manager of KPMG Delivery Centre in Nanjing is responsible for the overall management of HR function, including setting up HR work frame, maintaining daily operations and providing strategic support in all areas.
 
The purpose of the job is to build HR team in KPMG Delivery Center Nanjing and realise operational excellence according to KPMG guidelines and HR strategy in China. This role will also be responsible for continuous improvement of HR working practice and procedures based on agreed improvement plans to satisfy internal business needs.

Responsibilities

Lead HR team regarding working process, policies etc., and provide coaching in daily operations, including:

- Managing the quality of all key operational deliveries, e.g. recruitment, reporting and filing, employee benefits related services, etc
- Design and setup KDC NJ Recruitment engine, build strong relationship with local universities in order to support long term recruitment
- Setup NJ Recruitment team to support local functions, Technology center and infrastructure departments
- Building strong relationship with key internal clients and peer functions, e.g. business, tax, legal and finance teams, to obtain necessary support for efficient delivery
- Supporting the Head of KDC NJ via providing advice on HR policies and procedures.
- Working closely with the regional recruitment team on hiring campaign for graduate and experienced candidates and playing a pro-active role in liaison
- Managing team performance, ensure services are delivered according to established priorities set every year
- Motivating, coaching the team and improving the function’s overall capability
- Preparing timely management information according to national policies and functional requirements

Requirements

- Bachelor or above degree holder with a minimum of 6-8 years’ solid HR experience gained from sizeable company. IT or related industry experience is a plus
- Experienced in multiple HR functions, especially in recruitment function
- Familiar with HR related laws and regulations in China
- Deep understanding of various HR systems and best practice
- Well-organised, logical thinking, accountable, dedicated team player with sharp coaching skills to lead a team and cooperate with peers
- Customer-orientated mindset for value adding delivery
- Proficient in building and managing relationships with the management and employees at different levels. An influential team leader
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin is a must
