职位描述：
Main duties and responsibilities:
? Job related coordination of development teams with co workers of different departments and central functions
? Conduct, initiate and supervise development tasks according to schedule
? Customer/Supplier interface and related tasks
? Planning of Projects in coordination with department heads
? Project management of customer and internal projects
? Organize product/concept workshops (internal, external)
? Issue project applications, including team structures (including JV partners) as basis for decision making
? Establish design department at AI Office, including equipment

Main requirements:
? Bachelor degree with Engineering background
? Min 5 years experience in automotive industry, as devlopment engineer with customer contacts
? Comprehensive knowledge of Project Management methods
