职位描述：
Core Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Project annual cost saving and target on commodity/project basis in align with company strategy, develop cost saving plan and action of purchasing team, ensure plan implement to reach target
2) Negotiate with supplier on contract of commodity/project to get cost saving target, execute RFP or bidding for project purchasing, implement price model for non-standard parts, ensure the lowest total price of purchasing
3) Continuously identify opportunities within commodity category for raw material optimization, in working capital improvement, deactivating supplier of non-value and sourcing low cost sources of raw material per new supplier approval procedure of company
4) Monitor on time delivery of raw material and other commodities, work on Min Max control or Safety Stock control for each commodity in ERP system, order material and parts base on MRP or Min Max report, ensure all material arrive on time
5) Monitor supplier quality performance in respect of MRB/NCN, communicate supplier on RTV, assist to communicate supplier corrective action, continuous quality improvement, communicate lean project to suppliers
6) Monitor PO cycle time for Purchase Requisition, make sure all purchase requisition be completed within global PO cycle time target
7) Monitor consignment performance in regard of amount and Min Max control, negotiate with supplier to put more parts in consignment, optimize consignment control by continuous communication with supplier, negotiate contract on JIT
8) Team management

Cross function Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Work with quality department on supplier quality issue, continuous quality improvement, customer audit
2) Work with HR department on JD , orientation training of purchasing knowledge

Education Level or Equivalent Experience:
1) Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Material Management, Electronics and Mechanics or related field
2) 5+ years commodity sourcing and management experience in electronic component or semiconductor field, technical background and project management experience
3) Ability to partner and work cross-functionally with multiple levels of the organization to resolve issues and achieve targets
4) Excellent negotiation skill on contract in respect of price, payment terms, lead time and consignment
5) Strong leadership and team management capability
6) Lean Manufacturing knowledge and experience desirable

        Basic Knowledge and Skills：
1) Good oral and written English
2) Good mindset as support department
3) Good interpersonal communication skills
