职位描述：
.Overview
-The Shared Services team provides efficient and customer orientated support and advice for HR activities at operational level to all our offices in southern China. Core services include employee information management, compensation and benefits administration, payroll-related transaction processing, income tax reporting, and expatriation services.
-The Human Resources Officer is a member of the Shared Services team whose key role is to provide and maintain a range of quality HR services for a large group of professionals within KPMG in Shenzhen. The incumbent will ensure the Shared Services team’s deliverables are aligned with the Firm’s people strategy of being an Employer of Choice.
Responsibilities
? Administer C&B related issues & programs, including monthly IIT, social insurance & housing fund, leave record tracking, etc.
? Maintain system data
? Update and maintain HR policies to keep in line with industry best practice and answer the needs of KPMG business
? Provide support for regular and ad-hoc rewards projects
? Assist in implementation of other HR initiatives
Requirements
? Ideally an HR / business related degree
? A minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience with a multi-national corporation preferred but not essential
? A strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
? Strong numerical and analytical skills
? Good command of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint
? Ability to work independently and under pressure
? Self-motivated, committed and responsible
