职位描述：
一、岗位要求：
1、超过5年房地产业工作经验，在市场策略、业务开发、标书制作方面经验丰富；
2、有良好的与客户沟通能力；
3、PPT文档制作、营销技巧以及客户汇报方面有很强的驾驭能力；
4、能够在投标阶段体统管理与其他团队的配合工作协调通畅；
5、在办公以及教育类项目中有多年经验者优先。
二、任职资格要求：
1、了解建筑行业法律法规，具有一定市场开拓能力，具备敏锐的市场感知；
2、英语6级水平，熟练使用office等办公软件；具备基本的网络知识。
3、有良好的沟通、协调能力，具有强烈的职业人自律精神；保密、诚信、自觉、负责、公正、公平、坚持原则等；
4、具有结果导向意识，敬业、正直、忠诚、乐观、激情、亲和。 举报 分享
