Create and maintain close relationships with existing and new customers in the Chinese synthetic rubber industry in order to sell equipment. Relationships will need to be with both the top management and the engineering & operating levels.




2.
Determine possible ancillary equipment suppliers and engineering service providers to enhance our product offering within China and globally.




3.
Control and protect Company's intellectual property




4.
Communicate and coordinate with French USA.




5.
Collect and analyze synthetic rubber market data which includes competitor pricing information, location of plants, materials processed at the plants, equipment installed at the plants, future expansions within the industry.




6.
Identify cost saving ideas or equipment improvements




7.
Assist in collecting accounts receivables

Requirements:

· Ability to speak and write well in English and Mandarin Chinese

· Contacts within the Chinese *synthetic rubber industry and/or petrochemical industry.

· Knowledge of China culture and business practices.

· Prior capital goods machinery sales experience or relevant work experience within a *synthetic rubber/petrochemical plant.

· Strong written and communications skills, with ability to use computer programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
