Job Description
？ Provide efficient & effective management of logistic service, especially focused on importing & exporting procedure;
？ Handle the complete delivery process of customers;
？ Ensure efficient and timely handling of the order to Cash process in close collaboration with finance department;
？ Maintain and update regularly customer and country specific master data;
？ Ensure internal and external communication by phone/e-mail/fax for all matters pertaining to CSC issues;
？ Surveillance of return orders within the customer complaint process, replacement of goods, and all documentation/certificates related to the orders, i.e. orders confirmation, invoices, credit notes;

    Preferred Profile
？ Bachelor or Master’s degree, major in relative professions will be a plus
？ Available for internship 4-5 days per week for 3 months
？ Excellent interpersonal communication skills, good learning agility, team player, detail-oriented and down-to-earth
