职位描述：
Job Responsibilities
Daily Database clearance within various SAP modules
Various monthly/weekly reports on different purposes
Cooperation with product management team both local and oversea for new product launch process
Maintain on-line supplier database and provide training to new users
Support central data management team at headquarter to do new SAP/SRM module update or development
Collect and upload technical drawings into SAP system in a timely manner
Local end user SAP support and training
Collect product catalogues from potential suppliers via internet or Auto show
Complete other tasks given by direct manager

Qualification Requirement
Language: Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal formats in both English and Chinese
IT Skill: Advanced user of Excel, Access and good user of SAP/ERP system
Experience: At least 3 year’s working experience in data. Experience in working with international cross-functional teams especially in Automotive is a plus
Education: BS degree. IT, Business Administration or engineering will be preferred
Soft Skill: Diligent, good team working spirits and able to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willing to do the data management 举报 分享
