职位描述：
1、全面负责客户服务部的工作；
2、制订并执行客服部的各项规章度及流程；
3、制订、修改及执行客服部的工作计划和流程，并对目标完成进行管理和监督；
4、带领、培养和指导客服部员的日常工作，为客户提供安全、优质、高效的服务。

任职资格：
1、学历要求：大专及以上学历。
2、工作经验要求：5年以上高端医疗机构或五星级酒店客服管理经验。
3、技能要求：1）具备强烈的责任心、服务意识、敬业意识和团队意识；2、具备较强的领导力、分析判断、组织协调和管理决策能力，沟通能力、计划执行、协调能力与社交能力强；3）丰富的客户服务专业知识，熟悉客户关系管理原则和方法；4）具有良好的开拓创新精神，以及踏实认真的工作作风，执行力强；5）英语听说读写流利；6）熟练掌握Office办公软件操作。 举报 分享
