Requirement for candidate：
Education level: University Graduate
Age: above 25
Language requirement: Fluent in Mandarin and English
Related work experience: HR experience (learning will be plus)
Skill & technical competence: good presentation & PC skill (especially PPT & Excel)

Responsibility of the position:
1. Provide training services to ensure the effective deployment of country learning projects/programs in the local;
2. In compliance with the required country learning policies and process in the operation;
3. Manage New Hire Orientation activities in line with Solvay on-boarding process in STP site.
