职位描述：
Key Responsibilities：
- Own strong relationship with mining major customers’ especially those SOE Sino-companies.
- Be proficient in company products’ technical skill and knowledge; Be sensitive with the market trend with strong analytical ability;
- Synthesize customer resources; maintain the current sales channel; totally be responsible for promotion and sales of company products;
- Be well known about the customers’ requirement; initiatively develop more marketing channel;
- Independently implement and complete the plan and promotion of projects; keep good relationship with current customers; Develop more new customers;
- Understand the changing market dynamics and report to managers of it from time to time;
- Improve customer management scheme and market competition strategy;
- Evaluate, estimate and control the sales costs and drive for the maximization of profit;
- Initiatively coordinate and communicate with other departments and help optimize production and sales process;
- Adjust individual’s sales target and strategy according to company’s;
- Be responsible for the plan and implementation of the exhibitions;
- Provide service of high quality to customers and improve the add-value of products;
- Complete other jobs assigned.

Education：
- Above 8 years working experiences in MNC as Sales.
- Bachelor Degree and major in Mechanical is preferred.
Language Skills语言能力:
- Fluent English language, both verbal and written skills
Computer Skills计算机能力:
- Excellent skill of Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Others其他：
- Good commercial and negotiation skill, understand marketing trends.
