职位描述：
工作职责：
1. Operations Key processes management 营运部门主要流程的管理
- On a regular basis, review and update the main Operations processes (SOP and WI etc.), including, but not limited to Production, Engineering, Warehouse, and Facility etc.
定期回顾并更新营运部门主要的流程(SOP和WI)，包括但不仅限于生产，工程，仓库和厂房维护等。
- Organize the annual training of the department key processes (SOP and WI etc.) to the shop-floor and ensure all the operation units live with the processes.
组织安排部门的年度关键流程(SOP和WI)培训，确保关键流程被有效地执行。

2. Data management and analysis 数据管理和分析
- Department KPI data collection and analysis, including Safety, Quality, Efficiency and Waste KPIs.
部门KPI数据收集和分析，包含安全，质量，效率和损耗等指标。
- Provide data analysis for improvement activities (such as CI activities, maintenance, spare parts management, etc.)
为营运部门的提高改善活动提供数据的支持，例如CI活动，维护维修活动，备件管理等。
- Routinely review and update production working documents to optimize the data collection and analysis, ensuring its effectiveness and efficiency for both the shop-floor and management team.
定期回顾和更新生产工作文件以优化数据的收集和分析，同时确保数据收集的有效性和时效性。
- Provide data analysis for strategic decision making, i.e. CapEx, NPD etc.
为战略性决定提供数据的支持，包括固定资产投资，新产品开发等。

3. Miscellaneous and supporting activities 辅助和支持活动
- Support the department strategic projects, such as TPM, 5S, VM/FI
支持部门战略性项目，比如TPM，5S，可视化管理和集中改进等。
- Support the department cost analysis and actions follow up, i.e. spare parts, maintenance cost, OT, etc.
支持部门费用的分析和改进改进措施，包含备件费用，维修费用，加班费用等的控制。
- Support shift management activities as Acting Shift Manager when needed.
在需要时，作为代理翻班经理行使班组管理职责。
- Finish other tasks assigned by Operations Management team.
完成营运部门管理团队安排的其它任务。

Education/ Experiences 教育/经验
? University degree and above, Master is a plus
大学本科及以上学历，硕士优先。
? Minimum 2 years’ experience in (prefer) Manufacturing / Engineering in FMCG ((or pharmaceutical) industry
至少2年以上快消行业（优先）生产或工程的从业经验（或者制药业行业）

? Good understanding of the Department key processes and major KPI
