Purchasing Controller, GPO Pipeline

H&M Global Purchasing Organization (GPO) is a global organization with teams based in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Hong Kong, Dhaka and Istanbul. GPO's main responsibility is to secure the Best Global Buy aligned with buying & supply chain strategies. It is a fast growing organization with great career development opportunities.
As a Purchasing Controller within GPO, your main focus is providing analysis, prognosis and actions for the customer group’s performance on: price, lead-time, quality, market strategy execution and quality in order to achieve the best global deal.

What will you do?
In this role, you will be kept busy and engaged through a wide range of tasks. Primarily you will need to:
? Actively seek and understand company focus areas and needs of better buying - Always look for new opportunities
? Drive business processes within and across function
? Evaluate and summarize seasonal and annual KPIs
? Support in setting seasonal market allocation/strategy together with the Global Supply Chain Controllers, Global Supply Chain Managers, Purchasing Managers and Purchasing Responsibles.
? In collaboration with Buying Office secure seasonal planning, bought levels, profitability matters, development focuses etc

Who will you work with?
In this role you will join a dynamic and energetic team based in WORKLOCATION. You will report the Head of Purchasing Controlling and interact regularly with Global Supply Chain Controllers, Purchasing Manager, Main Market Coordinators and the Supply Chain Business Controllers as well as your colleagues based both locally and across the Globe.
