职位描述：
Reporting to: Marketing Manager
Location: Shanghai

Major Responsibilities:
? Create, produce and facilitate impactful, differentiating and innovative promotional and communicational materials (including brochures, presentations, company or product sheets/booklets, and other related materials);
? Responsible for the product display, designing the product introduction page and organize the product content, communicate value stories to consumers in working with marketing and sales team;
? Specifically responsible for all visual merchandising related aspects of the retail store, impact zone, cash counter and table displays, as well as the dedicated destination area.
? Develop in-store activities & merchandising tools, evaluate and analyze in-store KPIs and in store execution pictures on a regular basis driving data;
? Create and deliver retail execution guidelines and instruments (concept sell, training modules..) to ensure consistent and high quality execution at retail stores;
? Build and maintain successful relationships with the sales, retailers, and product teams, as well as with external suppliers and key business partners.
? Collect retailer and sales feedback, research to keep most updated of market information and situation (both of internal and external).
? Takes in charge administrative tasks and maintains the administrative processes upon company’s policy;
? Work closely with other functions, e.g. products, sales team, finance, operation, etc.
? Be responsibility for Tour Admin Support, work closely with global Tour department to organize tour players supporting stuffs.

Requirements:
? Bachelor degree or above major in marketing, advertising, etc.
? At least 3-year experience in Merchandising, branding, variety of experience, digital marketing experience is a plus.
? 3-5 year experience in related industry, consumer goods or sporting goods, etc., golf industry is preferred;
? Quick learner, open minded, integrity, highly organized, detail oriented and efficient;
? Great communication & presentation skill in Mandarin and English;
? Strong initiative, desire to be part of a high-energy and passionate team;
? Good negotiation skill and advanced knowledge of costing;
? Proficient in computer skills, especial for Excel and PPT.
