职位描述：
1、根据医院业务模式建立医疗管家内部工作流程、规范及章制度等；
2、 建立并维持良好的客户关系，密切关注客户需求变化，持续提高客户满意度；
3、与相关部门沟通，协调客户需求，最大限度使满意就医过程。

任职资格：
1、学历要求：大专或以上学历。
2、工作经验要求：3年以上相关管理工作经验。
3、技能要求：1）具备强烈的主动服务意识，以及领导和管理团队能力；2）具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力，以及团队合作精神；3）良好的语言表达能力，思维敏捷，应变能力强；4）良好的英语听说读写能力；5）掌握Office常用办公软件的操作。 举报 分享
