职位描述：
SUMMARY
Monitor fabrication progress, perform inspections, and supply progress status, for the Krebs products being fabricated in China. Works on problems of limited scope ranging from standard engineering practices to analysis of a situation that may require corrective action. Normally receives no instructions on routine work but needs general instructions on new assignments. Directs and coordinates activities involved in fabrication and repair of hydrocyclone, manifold, valve and pump products by performing the following duties.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
? Communicates with Global Project Managers the requirements of the equipment to be manufactured, and outlines instructions to sub-suppliers to ensure specifications are followed.
? Able to perform project QC engineer’s role for following up project management process. Able to provide instructions for drafting personnel when issues arise with drawing errors or need for clarification by providing as-built comments for all projects. Interfacing with FLS Krebs Tucson engineering in regards to ensuring procedures and processes are in line with Krebs standards.
? Interpersonal skills and capabilities, and project management skills with vendors.
? Interfacing with Purchasing, Production and Accounting to ensure products being manufactured meet schedule, quality and profitability guidelines. Directs and coordinates fabrication and inspection activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
? Provide instructions for drafting personnel when issues arise with drawing errors or need for clarification by providing as-built comments for all projects.
? Require to communicate product issues with our corporate engineering and quality groups when needed. Facilitate each assigned job with the Krebs selected fabricators to ensure delivery dates are achieved.
? Demonstrate experience with ERP System and be familiar with manufacturing process, be able to define BOM’s and routes for MRP module, ensure accurate delivery date is set in ERP for each project to meet or exceed customer expectation.
? Research and analyze data such as customer design proposal, specifications, and manuals to determine feasibility of design or application.
? Review the project closing cost against the cost estimation sheet for each project. Maintain good document control including all production data measurements, collection and reporting through utilization of computer system. Keep the good record for the job card. Ensure the project inspection report /check list is done and documented properly.
? Review detailed fabrication drawings with the fabricators to ensure they understand the details being presented, and development of methods and procedures for inspection, and assembly.
? Directs and coordinates fabrication and inspection activities to ensure products and systems conform to engineering design and customer specifications.
? The individual will be required to travel both domestically and internationally at a frequency demanded by the project.
? The individual is required to work in a team environment and will be expected to get along with others.
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B. S.) in Mechanical Engineering or similar technical discipline from four-year accredited college or university; and five to ten years related experience and/or training. 举报 分享
