职位描述：
Job Responsibility 岗位职责
- Inspect and control suppliers and the whole production process according to company procedure and inspect standard, including: casting or forging, material chemical analysis, heat treatment, NDT, mechanical property, finish machining, assembly, pressure testing, low temperature test, helium leak test, paint, check report
按照公司程序和检测标准对供应商/制造商以生产整个过程进行质量检验和控制，包括：浇铸或锻打，材料化学分析，热处理，无损探伤，力学性能，精加工，阀门装配， 压力试验，低温试验，氦气微漏试验，油漆，材质报告的查收和可追述性检查；
- Ensure the valve and components reach the requirements of drawing and quality
保证阀门/零部件达到根据图纸和质量要求
- Ensure the valve and components finish product inspection on time, and report complete process of production and purchasing
保证阀门/零部件产品检验按时完成，报告生产及采购完成进度
- Clear up the valve and components’ inspection data, and submit inspection report in time
整理阀门/零部件产品的检验数据和及时提交检验报告
- Know the working principle of the ball valve, be familiar with operating all kinds of pressure testing equipment, be familiar with all kinds of pressure testing procedures
懂球阀工作原理，能熟练操作各种试压设备，熟练掌握各类阀门试压程序
- Know the valve’s pressure test standard, API 598&6D, and have the strong sense of quality
懂阀门压力试验标准，API 598 & 6D ，有较强的质量意识
- Other matters what the manager requires

Job Qualification任职资格
- Major of machinery
机械专业
- College degree or above
大专以上学历
- Familiar with inspection measure and normal inspection equipment
熟练使用检测量具和常规检测设备
- Working experience in the valve industry, NDT preferred
有阀门行业工作经验，NDT无损检测的优先
- Responsible, serious, careful, principled and self-disciplined
工作认真负责，严谨细致，有原则、纪律性
- Good communication skill and good team cooperation spirit
良好的沟通协调能力及良好的团队协作精神
- Good computer skills and basic English level
电脑操作良好，英语水平良好
- Adapt to business trip, have certain compression capability
能适应出差，有一定的抗压能力
- Be able to operate test equipment preferred
- 会操作试压设备的优先
- Work six days of one week
做六休一
- Work experience: 3-4 years
