职位描述：
工作地点：2号线长宁路下（公司班车 5 分钟到），13号线大渡河路下步行10-15分钟

公司将于5月底搬迁至 古北路1699号，靠近10号线宋园路站（班车5-10分钟到）

Responsibilities:
1. Front desk, telephone operator, mail/ fax in and out.
    负责前台接待，电话转接，快递转发
2. Purchase and maintain stationery and office supplies.
    文具及办公室行政资产的采购
3. Maintain office furniture and equipment.
    办公家具及设备的维护
5. Assist Admin team to finish other office daily operation jobs.
    协助行政部门完成日常运营工作
6. Air ticket booking and hotel arrangement.
    机票预定和酒店安排
7.Process and track relevant monthly payment
    每月行政类付款整理
9.Assist to organize company events, like outing, annual dinner, etc.
    协助组织安排公司的节日活动，如旅游，年会等
10. Visa Issue handling
    负责签证事宜
11. Other duties assigned by supervisor.
     主管安排的其他工作

Requirement:
1. College degree or above, major in administration or related is preferred.
    大专及以上学历，行政管理及相关专业优先考虑
2. Well-organized and have strong communication and coordination capability.
    有较好的组织能力及较强的沟通协调能力
3. Outgoing personality with ability to work under pressure.
    有较强的抗压能力，性格外向
4. Strong work ethic, positive attitude, attention to details and good team-player.
    工作积极，关注细节，具有较好的团队合作能力
5. Can read and reply English Email, have basic oral English communication skill, CET-4 or above is a plus.
    能够理解回复英文邮件，可以基本的英文沟通，CET-4及以上优先考虑
6. Skill to operate Word/Excel/PowerPoint or other office applications.
