职位描述：
一、岗位职责
1. 掌握、分析TMT（特别是集成电路）行业现状和发展趋势，寻找和挖掘符合要求的投资项目；
2. 负责项目的尽职调查，估值，投资方案的策划和相关的商务谈判；
3. 撰写投资建议书以向投资决策机构提供投资建议，并按照投资决策机构的意见执行相关投资工作；
4. 对已经投资项目进行跟踪管理，及时报告已投资项目的重大事项，并给出分析和建议；
5. 寻找合适的退出时机的，策划退出方案，撰写项目退出建议书，并按照投资决策机构的意见，负责项目退出的具体操作；
6. 参与相关投资基金的筹建和运营管理工作；
7. 协助开展公司资本运作事宜；
8. 领导交办的其他工作。

二、招聘要求
1. 电子信息类（特别是集成电路、微电子学相关专业）或金融投资类（含MBA）相关专业硕士研究生以上学历，同时具备电子信息类和金融投资类专业教育背景者优先；
2. 熟悉股权投资业务，掌握金融投资、法律法规、财务分析、企业管理等相关知识，具备项目投资、管理、退出经验，有项目成功退出经验者优先；
3. 熟悉TMT（特别是集成电路）行业，具有良好的分析、判断和操作能力，有集成电路或相关产业领域投资或中高级管理工作经验者优先；
4. 在相关领域具有较广泛的人脉关系，具有挖掘潜在项目的能力；
5. 优秀的中英文沟通、协调和谈判能力，具备较强的文字功底，熟悉各类公文写作和办公软件；
6. 具有高度的敬业精神和职业敏感性，吃苦耐劳、工作细心、责任心强，有较强的团队合作精神，能严守公司机密。 举报 分享
