职位描述：
Job Title: Accountant

Location: Shanghai Office

Reporting to: Finance Manager
Hours: Standard with some requirement for overtime / flexibility

Salary/ grade: Negotiable

OVERALL PURPOSE OF ROLE: to maintain an efficient accounting daily deliverables in particular in cash and bank receipt and payment arrangement, expense sheet check and review, invoice issue, finance dept filing etc..

Typically responsible for: Accounting & daily transactions

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Arranging cash/bank payment upon approval
2. Staff expense sheet check and review upon existing policies.
3. Issue invoices based on well communicated instruction.
4. Maintain a good finance dept filing.
5. Prepare accounting entries where required.
6. Support in monthly local tax returns with the guideline from Finance Manager.
7. Support in ad-hoc analysis assigned by Finance Manager.

OTHER RELEVANT INFORMATION: More than 2 years working experience in financial area, good English skills, good experience to use financial software, excel & etc.

PERSON FIT:

1. Positive attitude, willing to work with tight deadline and high pressure.
