Steel Structure Design Engineer

Job responsibilities:

1 Undertake the steel structure (container) design work independently and develop new solutions in accordance to structural calculations
2 Understanding of interfaces to MEP, Interiors and facade
3 Able to perform QC’s
4 Review the steel detail design documents from subcontractor, ensure the correctness
5 Answer the questions from steel container manufacturers
6 Collaborate and lead a team to finalize drawings for all stages of a project
7 Work well under tight time lines and motivate team to do same
8 Awareness and willingness to learn about the approach of prefabrication
9 Able to calculate engineering hours, time estimates, drawing schedules project related
10 Open to new ideas

Qualification
1 Minimum bachelor degree, major in Mechanical Engineering, Material, Civil Engineer, Structure Engineer and etc.
2 At least 3 years steel structure detail design working experience in a relevant field with experience in building structures as a big plus
3 Familiar with Chinese building codes, other codes (US, AUS or Europe an advantage)
4 Familiar with relevant software such as AutoCAD or Sketchup, Revit is a big advantage
7 Strong interpersonal and communications skills with ability to work in an international team environment
7 Team leading experience but also team player
8 English is required at spoken and written level


任职要求：
1、负责（集装箱模块房屋）的钢结构的开发，创新；
2、负责（集装箱）钢结构施工图及深化图的设计、确认。
3、负责（集装箱）钢结构竣工图的绘制，并基于对机电、暖通、室内设计的基本了解，在结构设计中考虑到各方面因素，紧密与机电、室内设计部门共同合作
4、负责（集装箱）样箱的质量控制，打样阶段的现场技术指导和调试
5、负责（集装箱）钢结构箱体及其材料供应商的开发和认可；
6、负责量产阶段现场技术问题的处理和调整。
7、负责作为项目小组负责人，对整个项目技术的把控和时间管理



学历：本科及以上
专业：建筑结构设计、土木工程、材料设计或相关专业
专业工作年限：
1、 3年以上建筑结构设计工作经验；
2、熟悉中国相关建筑技术规范、设计规范；并了解其他国家相关规范（如欧洲、美国、澳大利亚）
3、软件：熟练使用 AutoCAD，会 Sketchup、Revit 等工程3D软件
4、良好的沟通交流能力，以及团队合作能力
5、具备带团队经验者优先
